1. Purpose

This policy sets out what you may and may not do when using Opus Pro. It applies to every user of the platform.

2. Prohibited activity

You must not use Opus Pro to break the law, infringe the rights of others, or send unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.

You must not attempt to access another customer data, probe or breach platform security, or disrupt the service for others.

3. Fair use of resources

You must not place an unreasonable load on the platform, automate access in a way that degrades the service, or circumvent usage limits on your plan.

4. Content responsibility

You are responsible for the data and content you put into the platform, including ensuring you have the right to process it and that it complies with applicable law.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate access where a breach is confirmed or where action is needed to protect the platform and its customers.
