1. Who we are
Opus Pro is the data controller for personal data processed about visitors to our marketing site and administrators of customer accounts. For data submitted by a customer about their own clients and staff, the customer is the controller and Opus Pro is the processor.
2. Data we collect
We collect account details such as name, email, and company; usage and device information; and billing details processed by our payment providers.
We collect the operational data customers enter into the platform in order to provide the service.
3. How we use data
We use personal data to provide and secure the platform, to process payments, to provide support, and to communicate service information.
We rely on the lawful bases of contract performance, legitimate interests, and consent where required.
4. Sharing and processors
We share data only with vetted sub-processors that help us run the service, such as hosting, email, and payment providers. We do not sell personal data.
A current list of sub-processors is available on request.
5. International transfers
We host customer data in the customer region where practical. Where data is transferred across regions, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations. When an account is closed, data is retained for a limited export window and then deleted.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing.
To exercise these rights, contact privacy@opuspro.co.uk.
8. Security
We protect personal data with encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, tenant isolation enforced in the database, and audit logging.
