Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Opus Pro. Please read them carefully.

Last updated 18 May 2026

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Opus Pro. By creating an account, accessing, or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.

2. The service

Opus Pro provides a multi-tenant operations platform for service businesses, including quoting, scheduling, field operations, invoicing, and a client portal.

We may update, improve, or change the platform over time. We will not make changes that materially reduce core functionality without reasonable notice.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information, keep it current, and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Free trials require no payment card and convert to a paid plan only when you choose one.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

5. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the platform. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the service.

We enforce tenant isolation so that your data is not accessible to other customers. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You must use Opus Pro in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not misuse the platform, attempt to breach its security, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep the platform available and performant, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical.

Support is provided according to the level included in your plan.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opus Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms.

On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@opuspro.co.uk.
